City of Cleveland COVID-19 Vaccine Sites

Cleveland Department of Public Health will administer the COVID-19 vaccine at multiple locations throughout the City. We are now offering vaccines for children ages 5-11. View the flyers below for details about upcoming vaccination opportunities.
